Have you read the Managing Behaviour factsheet (FS185090)? It’s full of useful advice and refers you to another great factsheet Promoting Good Behaviour in the Scout Troop (FS315066), which makes use of the patrol system.

I wondered how it was possible to condense professional facts into user-friendly format and onto 2 sides of A4. Well, the factsheets have it and it works!
